Description
This spectacular, 100% pinot noir champagne is gentle and subtle. The Munificence is very fruity on the first taste with a touch of honey and white peach; a very long finish with more minerality. Kept in deep cellars, this wine has a beautiful white gold colour with golden highlights.
This delicate champagne reveals floral scents of lime blossom, chamomiles and ripe white fleshed fruits.
Nose: Note the soft white peach and gentle apricot.
Palate: Delicate & juicy white fruits with a soft and creamy mousse also reveal dried fruit and orange marmalade
This would pair brilliantly with smoked fish, pâté, goats cheese and cured meats.
