Nose: Note the granny apple, cherry plum and apricot but also the slightly sweeter sherbet flavours.
Palate: Supple & fresh with a creamy fondue effervescence. The wine reveals powerful summer fruits
with a density reminiscent of pear and apple. The balance of this wine sweet and complements fruit, chocolate and meringue based desserts.
