The Demi-Sec is a slightly sweeter version and as the name would suggest, it is half sweet which means that the entry level Cuvée Reserve has had a small amount of sugar added to it. Cuvee ‘Soleil D’Or” 2014 Vintage
The Cuvee Soleil d’Or (2012) is built on elegance. The top end of the range uses 100% Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of Cramant Grand Cru and lie in the cellar a further six months. Grapes are expertly nurtured in Grand Cru classified areas produce wines that then lie for no less than thirty months in cellars dug in 1935. This champagne is nothing short of spectacular in its depth and flavour.
Nose: Best quality acacia and dried apricot. Subtle floral notes (Iris & Saffron) add to the complex and aromatic structure.
Palate: The Soleil D’Or is built on elegance; it’s warm and spicy on the palate, it’s complex with finesse flavours of apricot, plum and lime. Perfect for any celebration.
Pairs well with dark roast meats, game, soft cheese and pates.
Cuvee Art Divin
This pretty golden yellow Cuvee has greenish reflections, with many trains of fine bubbles. This visual impression reveals an elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Nose: A discreet and delicate nose, this Art Divin opens with aromas of white fruits, identified by the citrus notes (blood orange) and lemonade, revealing aromas of biscuits and fresh hazelnut.
Palate: Light with notes of gingerbread and cinnamon punctuate the wine. It pairs perfectly as an accompaniment to foie gras and French Brie.

The first of Borel-Lucas’ two Grand Cru champagnes: the non-vintage Cuvee Selection is a vision of miraculous trains of gold-plated bubbles rising up like angels in a greenish tint with a white glare.
Nose: Red fruit, cherry and raspberry with a sweet and delicious pear juice.
Palate: Very delicate and delicious fruits; a hint of lemon verbena and a suggestion of menthol liquorice. An exciting flavour that dances on the tongue.
Pairs well with duck, smoked meats, risotto & fish.
